يعتبر مفهوم العمل عن مفهوم حديثا أذ ارتبط ظهور هذا المفهوم بتطور التكنولوجي و تطور الرؤية و الحاجات الاقتصادية العالمية كذلك الظروف الصحية العالمية و تفشي فيروس كورونا و أصبح اليوم العمل عن بعد خيارا استراتيجيا لأغلب الشركات العالمية و كذلك لأغلب الدول على مستوى العالم و يمكن أن يعرف العمل عن بعد بكونه نظام العمل الذي يسمّح للموظف بالعمل من منزله أو من أيّ مكان أخر خارج مقر الشركة. هناك نوعان من العمل عن بعد هما: العمل الحر، والتوظيف عن بعد. يعتمد العمل الحر على توظيف مستقلين للقيام بمشروع محدد غير مستمر في أغلب الأحيان. أما التوظيف عن بعد، فيعتمد على توظيف الشركات لموظفيها عن بعد إما بدوام كامل أو بدوام جزئي، والسماح لهم بالعمل من منازلهم أو أي مكان أخر. وقد كان تصريح رجل الاعمال و الملياردير الأمريكي “ريتشارد برانسون بمثابة إقرار حتمية العمل بنظام العمل عن بعد حينما صرح بالقول ان :” في يوم من الايام سيصبح العمل من المكاتب من الماضي. ”

The concept of work is considered a recent concept, as the emergence of this concept is linked to the development of technology, the development of vision and global economic needs, as well as global health conditions and the outbreak of the Corona virus, and today remote work has become a strategic choice for most international companies, as well as for most countries in the world.
Remote work is the work system that allows the employee to work from his home or from any other place outside the company’s headquarters.
There are two types of remote work: freelance work and remote employment.
Self-employment relies on hiring freelancers to do a specific project that is often not ongoing.
As for remote employment, it depends on companies employing their employees remotely, either full-time or part-time, and allowing them to work from their homes or anywhere else.
The statement of the American businessman and billionaire “Richard Branson was an acknowledgment of the inevitability of working with the remote work system when he stated that: “One day, working from offices will become a thing of the past.
”
